High-Temperature HEPA Filter
Developed to block the ultrafine dust that increasingly precise industrial processes cannot tolerate. It captures 99.97% of 0.3㎛ particles, with an ALUMINUM SEPARATOR holding the pleat pack in shape, and serves as the final filter in cleanrooms for semiconductor lines, operating rooms and pharmaceutical labs.
